Tennessee Bible College was founded in 1975 by the first president of the college Malcolm Hill. Their vision was to create a college to train preachers and Bible workers. The focus is on Bible doctrine rather than doctrines of denominations[3].
TBC also has an online college. Students can receive a degree or certificate through an online program. The college encourages students to attend class on-ground rather than online; however, they realize it is impossible to attend traditional class for some students[4]. The college also has a free Bible correspondence course[5].
